2025 Template and Style

Jurnal Ilmiah Bisnis dan Ekonomi Asia (Jibeka) has updated its manuscript template, cover design, and website interface to provide a more professional and visually appealing platform. The new template, OJS interface, and article layout will take effect starting with Volume 2025's third issue.

Authors and prospective authors are encouraged to follow the new guidelines when preparing manuscripts. Minor adjustments may still occur as we refine the updated formats. We hope these changes will enhance the presentation of scholarly work and inspire high-quality submissions.

The Jurnal Ilmiah Bisnis dan Ekonomi Asia (JIBEKA), Vol. 19 No. 3 (2025), presents research articles focused on business and economic dynamics, covering topics ranging from sustainable human resource management, MSME empowerment through digitalization, consumer e-commerce behavior, local culture-based tourism strategy, to financial performance analysis and occupational stress issues in hospitals. The contributing authors in this volume originate from at least five provincies in Indonesia ( North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, East Java, and Aceh) and Timor-Leste.
