Vol. 19 No. 3 (2025)The Jurnal Ilmiah Bisnis dan Ekonomi Asia (JIBEKA), Vol. 19 No. 3 (2025), presents research articles focused on business and economic dynamics, covering topics ranging from sustainable human resource management, MSME empowerment through digitalization, consumer e-commerce behavior, local culture-based tourism strategy, to financial performance analysis and occupational stress issues in hospitals. The contributing authors in this volume originate from at least five provincies in Indonesia ( North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, East Java, and Aceh) and Timor-Leste.

Vol. 14 No. 1 (2020)Our Volume 14 issue 1 2020 is born during institution transition.
Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Asia was merged at the end of November 2019. There is no change from previous edition but the publisher. It changes from LPPM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Asia to LP2M Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Asia Malang.
We planned to upgrade our journal system in December 2019. Moreover, we planned to move our server in January 2020. Due to some technical problems, we had to postpone those plans until undefined month. Grateful, this edition could publish at the end of February 2020.
Hope this edition brings more spirit to all of us.

Since its very first online edition, Jibeka comes with REBORN title. Jurnal Ilmiah Bisnis dan Ekonomi Asia, abbrivate with Jibeka, comes with both online and printed edition. The first printed edition was in 2007 meanwhile the first online edition is in 2018.
We proudly present our first online edition with our new cover face, new editors, and a new spirit.
