The Jurnal Ilmiah Bisnis dan Ekonomi Asia (JIBEKA), Vol. 19 No. 3 (2025), presents research articles focused on business and economic dynamics, covering topics ranging from sustainable human resource management, MSME empowerment through digitalization, consumer e-commerce behavior, local culture-based tourism strategy, to financial performance analysis and occupational stress issues in hospitals. The contributing authors in this volume originate from at least five provincies in Indonesia ( North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, East Java, and Aceh) and Timor-Leste.
